증상
65-plate Vauxhall Astra Sri. 2년 미만 소유, 이미 클러치 킷 완전 교체 1회(£1300). 2022년 12월, 엔진 온도 올라가면 기어가 들어가지 않는 증상 발생. 기어박스 완전 오버홀 및 클러치 킷 재교체(£1600) 후 1주일 미만 경과했는데 기어 변속이 뻑뻑한 증상이 다시 발생.
처리 내용
클러치 마스터/슬레이브 실린더를 점검했는가? 유압 유체 충액량은 충분한가? (차량이 브레이크 유압 저수조를 공유하는지 확인 필요). 유압 시스템 에어 빼기(블리딩)를 수행했는가? 마스터와 슬레이브 사이 유압 라인이 제대로 작동하지 않으면 팽창하면서 클러치 페달을 끝까지 눌렀을 때 완전히 분리되지 않을 수 있다. 또한 마스터 실린더가 장착된 방화벽 부분이 손상되어 마스터가 밀려나가면서 페달 스트로크가 부족해지는 경우도 있다.

2000 911 996 클램셸 모터 설치 중 모터 샤프트가 트랜스미션 케이블과 정렬되지 않음. 저항을 6.2로 설정했으나 클램셸을 서비스 위치(최대 후진)에 놓았을 때도 정렬 문제 발생.
