^^^ That looks ace!
Hi all, a long break and time to update! Well, this thread is still alive and kicking despite ghost town levels of activity. Apologies for not being so active, life has been super busy and car updates minimal. Well we moved! And I'm the proud owner of a double garage for the 1st time in my life. The best bit is my wife and daughter want to keep their cars on the driveway, so it's really going to me my little man cave! I had visions of getting the garage all painted, floor done, fancy lighting etc... but the reality of the house move was a garage full of boxes, furniture that needed a home and a garden sheds worth of bits.... I couldn't even fit a car in!So a lot of my time has been sorting through the garage to make enough space for the day I get the call to say the car's ready...There were a lot of things that we didn't have a home for, but also had some emotional hook that meant they couldn't go to the tip....my guitar for example...I'll probably never be a World renowned music sensation, but that dream is safely stored in the garage roof now!So I decided to build "Sky Command" which was essentially placing wood over the garage roof rafters for storage. A trip to the local lumber yard and I was good to go. The success of Sky Command led to Sky Command II and III. This basically moved all the chaos vertically, still there but out of sight and accessible. I also ordered a Ketter plastic tub for the garden, it's pretty big and stored away all the garden bits like the mower. So that got me to mostly a clear garage floor. I then decided to start painting the breeze block walls. Went with Sandtex ivory stone colour so not to look too harsh white against the broom yellow Coupé. I'm happy with the colour and the paint has smoothed out the holes in the breeze block. That whole side did eat nearly 10L though, so I guess another 2x pots to get it done. The success of Sky Command had me feeling like Leonardo Da Vinci. So I've decided to make my own workbench. This is still

You mentioned a 156GTA in your first post....That was one of my 'Halo Cars' ...when I had my 156s...But...I am sure you can have more fun with the Fiat if you can tune it up to those huge power outputs mentioned above... I had no idea that 400BHP plus was possible ....!!
BMW M3
I've always love BMWs, my uncle had an E36 318i Touring when I was a kid and I loved it, that was where my obsession with them began. Over the years I've liked pretty much every BMW made, some took a few years for me to grow to like but even the modern ones still get my appreciation. Out of all those cars though, there were 2 that really stood out to me as special cars, the E60 M5 and the E90 M3. In my opinion a golden era of BMW design and build quality. These two in particular attracted me because of their (perhaps vague) links to the BMW F1 involvement at the time, the nerd in me loved it.

Hi all. Like a lot of car nuts, I feel compelled to write about my car journey on here. I've always loved cars and now I'm hitting middle age I finally will soon be the proud owner of a double garage. Basically, we've not even exchanged contracts and I'm already committed on a new car... priorities right?!So how did I settle on this car? I was originally looking at Alfa 156 GTA, Focus RS mk1, Integra Type R DC2. These were all hero cars I used to read about in magazines. As I've got older my driving tastes have changed. I'm less hung up about being the fastest guy on the road and more inte
