증상

2016 르노 마스터에서 시속 60km 근처에서 윙윙거리는 음/베어링 소음이 발생하며, 시속 70-75km에서는 음이 감소합니다. 클러치를 밟거나 중립 상태에서는 음이 낮아지지만 완전히 사라지지 않습니다. 약 10,000km 전에 기어박스 베어링을 교체했으며, 현재 소음은 수리 전과 유사합니다. 3개 정비소 방문 결과: 한 곳은 기어박스, 다른 두 곳은 기어박스나 휠 베어링이 아니고 타이어 때문일 수 있다고 함(저속에서 소음 없음). 차량을 들었을 때 바퀴를 회전시켜도 휠 베어링 소음이 없습니다.

처리 내용

고속에서 소음이 감소하는 것은 풍음, 엔진음, 타이어 소음에 의해 마스킹될 수 있습니다. 이전 기어박스 베어링 소음과 동일하게 들리고 동작한다면 기어박스 베어링일 가능성이 높습니다. 베어링은 부실 설치, 윤활 문제, 저품질 부품, 또는 운이 나쁠 경우 10,000km 내에 고장날 수 있습니다. 이전 수리가 시간/주행거리 보증 대상이라면 보증 청구를 고려하세요. 기어박스에서 소음이 나는지 확인하려면: 직경 약 25mm, 길이 5-8m의 골판지 플라스틱 호스를 준비하고 줄과 덕트테이프를 준비합니다. 차량을 경사로에 올리고 하부에 접근합니다. 호스의 한쪽 끝을 기어박스에 테이프나 줄로 고정하여 호스의 개방된 끝이 기어박스 하우징에 직접 닿도록 배치합니다. 호스의 다른 쪽 끝을 귀 근처에 놓고 차량을 주행하며 소음이 어디서 나는지 정확히 파악합니다. 소음이 기어박스에서 명확하게 들린다면 기어박스 베어링이 문제이며, 이전 수리처의 보증 적용을 확인하세요.

Massive bill for a simple fix. It got me think back to my dads mk3 mondeo which was meant to be a bumper off job to swap a headlight bulb. I think the 2nd gen Renault Megane was the same. What else is there out there that requires a degree in engineering, a 4 poster lift and a snap on lorry full of tools to change a fuse or something equally as easy?

Been and collected it this lunchtime after another test drive and I read the codes whilst out & about and thankfully zero issues Will collect the 18" alloys & winter tyres ASAP and then sell the 403Ms off; they've just been refurbed but a) I don't like them that much, b) not a fan of black wheels at all and c) the RFTs are crap Parts already been ordered (OEM velour mats and M Sport grilles via Cotswolds BMW) and a full oil & filter change kit etcThe parts list will continue to grow haha
