I'm sure I'm in the minority here, market prices don't lie, but I actually prefer the Integrale 16v over the Evolution. I can live without the wider track, bigger box arches and nominal bump in power. Agree on the white, too, prefer it to the usual red.

Unfortunately it got to a stage where every time I drove it wondered what the next big bill would be incoming (seemingly there was never any cheap fix). On top of 12mpg and litre of oil every other fill up it was not cheap to run, and I was too young to keep up. I maybe just about broke even when I sold it for a decent profit, and a bit relieved tbh, then went back to reliability of Honda Vtecs. On its day it was fantastic tho, this one was a chipped big turbo version with lag like you wouldn't believe Edited by Retro.74 on Wednesday 29th July 10:20 My mother had a normal Integrale from new back in the day. Sad to say it did rust badly.....

Mine was doomed by corrosion in the bulkhead at just 75K miles, which was strange to see as the 166 really was much better rustproofed than the 156-platform cars, and had if I recall correctly an aluminium subframe at the front too.Oh that was a Ti as well - very nice. What was your experience with the ride quality and tyre noise/tramlining? Mine was in knackered condition and I wanted teledials visually, it has made a huge difference.
I couldn't find one. I could only find the sad face pre-FL ones in Minerva green. Many years ago on Alfaowner there was an FL 3.2 manual with the Q2 or Quaiffe LSD in the same colour as this Ti for around £4K, but that was a long time ago. Taking a look on Alfaowner today it seems there was some discussion about whether UK market 166 Tis (plural) should have a Ti badge on the centre console with even brochures not agreeing on it. Unless it's a cheap RFL Giulietta or Mito I think it's improbable I'll own an Alfa now.

A neighbour had one of these and I used to love hearing him start it up in the morning (he also had a V Twin Buell which was even noisier). Top bloke.
