증상
215/65R16 겨울 타이어와 림이 있는데, 2007 폰티악 몬타나(현재 225/60R17 장착)에 사용해도 되는지 궁금함. 65R17과 60R17 수치가 비슷해 보이고, 215 vs 225 차이가 문제가 될지 확인 필요
처리 내용
최적 성능을 위해서는 림 사이즈와 관계없이 타이어 외경이 동일해야 함. 예를 들어 195/50R15와 175/70R13은 외경이 같지만 다른 사이즈. 이 경우 외경이 확실히 다를 것임. 여러 문제 발생 가능: 브레이크 캘리퍼와 림 내부 간섭 확인, 휠 아치 라이닝 쓸림 확인 필요. 속도계 오독 유발, 다른 림 사이즈와 무게로 인한 스티어링 랙 과부하 가능. 타이어/림 호환성 비교 및 외경 계산을 위해 www.willtheyfit.com 같은 온라인 도구 사용 권장

Been and collected it this lunchtime after another test drive and I read the codes whilst out & about and thankfully zero issues Will collect the 18" alloys & winter tyres ASAP and then sell the 403Ms off; they've just been refurbed but a) I don't like them that much, b) not a fan of black wheels at all and c) the RFTs are crap Parts already been ordered (OEM velour mats and M Sport grilles via Cotswolds BMW) and a full oil & filter change kit etcThe parts list will continue to grow haha
