'97 시빅의 댐퍼 포크를 로워 컨트롤 암에 연결하는 부시 볼트를 64 Nm로 토크했으나, 너트를 잡지 않고도 볼트+너트를 비교적 쉽게 돌릴 수 있음. 핀칭력이 약할까봐 우려됨.
처리 내용
EJ 시빅 서스펜션 작업 경험상 해당 볼트가 독립적으로 회전하는 것은 정상입니다. 자유롭게 회전하는 이유는 볼트 제거 시 수십 년 동안 쌓인 때와 녹이 제거되었기 때문입니다. 새 락팅 너트를 사용했고 규정 토크로 조였다면 정상 사용 중에 풀리지 않습니다. 주행 중 이 볼트에 작용하는 힘은 수직 방향이며, 볼트는 부시를 "핀칭"하는 것이 아니라 컨트롤 암 어셈블리를 잠그는 역할을 합니다. 참고: 10회 중 1회 정도만 락팅 너트를 교체하지만, 수천 시간의 일반 주행과 트랙 주행에서도 컨트롤 암 볼트가 풀린 적이 없습니다.
