증상
2005 말리부 클래식(fleet 모델) 2.2L Ecotec 4기통 엔진이 시동이 걸리지 않음. 크랭킹은 되지만 약한 폭발음만 들림 (희미한 점화). 플러그를 확인했을 때 스파크는 있지만 매우 약함 (밝은 파란색 스파크가 아님). 플러그 상태가 매우 악화됨 - 오염되고 전극이 손상됨 (120,000마일 동안 교체 이력 없음). 새 플러그로 교체했지만 스파크는 여전히 약함.
처리 내용
시동이 걸리지 않는 문제는 세 가지로 진단: 연료, 점화, 기계적 문제. [연료] 시동 스프레이를 에어 인테이크에 분사하면서 크랭킹하여 연료 분사 확인. 분무되면 연료 문제 아님. [점화] 스파크 테스터로 적절한 스파크 확인 (현재는 약한 스파크만 확인됨). [기계적 문제] 압축 테스트 실시. 크랭크 센서 파형을 오실로스코프로 확인하거나, 크랭크 센서 교체 시도 (시동 분리 필요, 약 1시간 소요). 현재 경우는 기계적 문제(헤드 개스킷 손상, 타이밍 벨트/체인 파손, 또는 타이밍 밀림) 의심됨. 압축 테스트와 크랭크 센서 확인 권장.
