2006 솔스티스 터보 차량에서 가속 후 감속할 때 휘발유 냄새가 몇 초간 났다가 사라짐. 연료레일(fuel rail)을 고정하는 10mm 볼트 하나가 약 1cm 정도 풀려 있는 것을 발견(엔진 장착 후 약 2000마일). 아침에 주유 중 승객 도어를 열었을 때 차 내부에서 휘발유 냄새 감지.
터보 킷의 설계에 따라 터보 블로오프 밸브(blow off valve)가 원인일 수 있음. 블로오프 밸브가 외부로 배출되도록 장착되어 있고(인테이크 업스트림으로 리사이클되지 않는 경우) 감속 시 터보 압력을 방출할 때 휘발유 냄새가 날 수 있음. 또한 느슨해진 연료레일 볼트를 즉시 조이고, 연료 누수가 있는지 확인 필요.
