증상
1995 아큐라 레전드 후측 서스펜션 전체 교체 완료 후, 프론트보다 후측이 약 10cm 낮아짐. 좌우 바디롤은 없으나 범프 후 후측 전체가 좌우로 튕김. 2년간 후측을 잭 스탠드에 올린 상태로 보관했다가 프론트 작업 완료 후 얼라인먼트 시행
처리 내용
후측 서스펜션 고정 볼트들을 휠에 무게가 실린 상태에서만 최종 조임해야 함. 서스펜션이 완전히 신장된 상태에서 조였을 경우 모든 부싱에 프리로드가 걸려 서스펜션 응답이 비정상적으로 됨. 해결 방법: 모든 고정 볼트를 풀고 차량을 좌우로 흔들어가며 무게를 분산시킨 후 다시 조임. 필요시 차량 무게가 정상적으로 실린 상태에서 모든 부싱 관련 고정부를 재점검
