Not everyone is the same but that figure is what is deemed the "max". Some people are fine at that max whereas others are not. Exactly that.Most motoring bodies recommend - for car drivers - a short break every 2 hours or so. Thinking of the runs we did of 7.5 hours Stranraer to Southampton and back a few times we found that we both naturally wanted a break around 2.5 hours.Now that wasnt "for a piss" necessarily, however we both found it useful to stretch our legs, i liked to give my eyes a break, relax a bit, wander about in the fresh air. That'd have been in our M140i, maybe my M2 once i think.RE: your 3.75 hour journey, i'd probably still be stopping for a short break. Also i dont think its a case of "what they can do", more a case of what they've got used to. My brother is a lorry driver. Used to do the long distance stuff, but still does runs. i'm sure he'd be happy driving on longer on a car journey too. Conversely, i'm sure i can concentrate on a computer screen longer than he could, given thats part of my job.this is a joke surely
