증상

처리 내용
브레이크 액은 본질적으로 흡습성(hygroscopic)이므로 물을 흡수합니다. 밀폐 시스템이라고 해도 완전히 밀봉된 것은 아니므로 물 흡수는 확실합니다. 브레이크 액은 최소 1년에 한 번씩 교환해야 합니다. 브레이크 액이 물을 흡수하면서 열에 대한 내성이 떨어져 끓는점이 낮아집니다. 브레이크를 밟을 때 발생하는 열을 브레이크 액이 견뎌낼 수 있어야 합니다. 2019 Dodge Ram 5.7L HEMI, 100km 미만. 브레이크 작업 후 시운전 중 풀 스로틀로 0-70mph까지 한 번 가속 후 발생. 엔진 미스파이어 시작, 체크 엔진 라이트 깜박임. 리듬컬한 탭탭탭 소리 발생(collapsed lifter 유사음). 2/3 스로틀 이상에서만 발생, 정상 주행 시에는 미스만 있고 해머링음 없음.

I did more track days in my E60 than all my other cars in the past combined I would hazard a guess at. So many fond memories. My advice, put a decent set of brakes on it, I ended up with 12 Piston Calipers and 400mm rotas with all the track days I did and it really transformed it and the confidence it gave to the car.

I'm very observant when driving or walking, the other day I walked my son to school alongside a busy road, I reckon 80% of the cars that passed me were looking down at phones. I had a van pull out on me on a roundabout a few months ago and then slam his brakes on, phone clearly visible so I submitted the footage to TVP and to my surprise they sent me a letter confirming a prosecution. The amount of times I've had to swerve recently because of cars swerving onto my side of the road is diabolical.
