증상
Titan 3/16 더블 플레어링 툴과 니코프 튜브 사용 시 계단 모양의 이상한 플레어가 발생. 튜브를 정사각형으로 자르고 파일로 외부를 샤퍼, 유틸리티 나이프로 내부를 샤퍼하여 버를 제거했음에도 문제 발생. 스크류 동작이 문제일 수 있다고 의심. 가끔 괜찮은 플레어가 나오지만 재현되지 않음.
처리 내용
플레어링 툴이 튜브에 완벽하게 수직으로 정렬되지 않았을 가능성이 높음. 튜브를 툴에 매우 단단하게 클램프(고정)해야 함. 클램핑 압력을 강화하여 튜브의 움직임을 최소화하고 툴의 수직성을 정확히 유지할 것.
