증상

2018 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 (6.7 Cummins) - 여객석 앞 타이어 펑크로 인해 프론트 펜더 우물 커버링, 헤드라이트, 파이어월에서 나오는 와이어 하네스가 손상됨. 교체용 와이어 하네스 설치 후 엔진 시동 불가. 시리얼 넘버 끝 3자리만 다름 (원본 144, 교체품 143)

처리 내용

정품 딜러 부품인지 확인하세요. 퓨즈를 포함한 모든 전기 연결부를 철저히 점검하세요 (생각하는 퓨즈뿐만 아니라 모두 확인). 모든 점검이 완료되면 딜러에 연락하여 부품 넘버 차이(144 vs 143)를 설명하고 문의하세요. 부품 업데이트나 버전 차이로 인해 대시보드 뒤에 추가 피그테일 커넥터나 숨겨진 하네스가 필요할 수 있습니다. 유사한 사례: 트랜스미션~ECM/TCM 간 풀 와이어 하네스와 대시 메인 하네스 교체 후 시동 불가였는데, 딜러에서 대시 뒤의 업데이트된 피그테일 커넥터를 설치하지 않은 것이 원인이었습니다.

2019 Dodge Ram 5.7L HEMI, 100km 미만. 브레이크 작업 후 시운전 중 풀 스로틀로 0-70mph까지 한 번 가속 후 발생. 엔진 미스파이어 시작, 체크 엔진 라이트 깜박임. 리듬컬한 탭탭탭 소리 발생(collapsed lifter 유사음). 2/3 스로틀 이상에서만 발생, 정상 주행 시에는 미스만 있고 해머링음 없음.

스로틀 바디 경고등이 간헐적으로 깜박임. 문제 발생 시 크랭킹이 길어지고, 유휴 회전수가 변동하며, CKP(크랭크축 위치센서), 오일 압력, 스로틀 바디의 기준 전압이 2.7V로 표시됨. 인테이크 분해하여 하네스 확인했으나 이상 없음. 오일 센더(송유관) 및 크랭크 센서(도지) 교체함.
