증상
Fiat Stilo 1.4(2004)에서 간헐적인 "car security manager loose connection" 경고와 시동 불량 발생. 배터리 뒤의 퓨즈박스/파워 디스트리뷰션 유닛을 흔들면 시동이 걸림. 점진적으로 악화되어 차량 출발 시 약간의 충격에도 엔진이 완전히 꺼짐. AA 진단 결과 "power distribution unit fault" 코드 확인됨.
처리 내용
퓨즈 릴레이 박스 내부의 느슨한 배선이나 불량 접점 확인. 박스 내부는 CPU나 퓨즈 보드 없이 금속판들이 겹쳐있는 구조임. 접점 클리너를 사용하여 접점 청소 수행. 퓨즈박스 케이스가 변형되었는지 검사 - 속도방지턱을 고속으로 통과하면 케이스 손상 가능. 케이스가 제대로 닫혀있고 고정되어 있는지 확인하고, 필요시 전기 테이프와 접착제로 보강. 릴레이 접점이 불량하면 미스파이어 및 다양한 비특정 고장 코드 발생 가능하므로 유사 증상 시 이 부분을 먼저 점검할 것.

When Tesla gives you much the same with the added benefit of a luxury charging network? Would it just be beauty?That's about the only thing they could possibly conjure as a point of difference but I doubt they can comply with a myriad of technical parameters for a global car AND make something gorgeous looking. The only way of making something quite different would be to not package the battery as a skateboard
