Which is essentially what I am offering, if not a bit more.I can get a car delivered for 300 and I would expect the cost of a warranty for them is far less than it is for me.Plus, might be assuming wrong, but its the end of the month and I can put cash in their bank today if they want.You yourself said: "Right spec, right price and available now from stock", so why on earth is the dealer going to knock £1k off it, they know it's the correct price and you have confirmed this, you are also contacting them from hundreds of miles away, so the dealer knows you can't get one locally, hence you are looking further afield, too right they won't discount it.And whatever they paid for the car, you don't know and it is irrelevant to you and the wider buying public, the only thing that is relevant is if it's correctly priced, which you've confirmed it is.Personally, for 15k I'd take the trip there on the proviso from them its exactly as described and you could drive away that day.
