증상
프론트 범퍼 충격 시 딸랑거리는 소음 발생. 그린(파스텔톤) 페인트에서 여러 색깔이 튀어나오는 현상 발생.
처리 내용
브레이크 오버홀 및 엔진 마운트, 드롭 링크, 보닛 스트럿, 캠/크랭크/브레이크 센서 교체 작업 수행. 앞 디스크 브레이크 분해 시 배킹 플레이트의 10mm 볼트가 부러져 있음을 발견. 와셔로 스페이서를 만들어 보정. 새 디스크가 캘리퍼 캐리어와 간섭(2-3mm 과도 돌출)하는 문제 발생 - 다른 쪽도 동일한 배킹 플레이트 볼트 손상 확인 및 동일 방식으로 수리. 마찰면 전체를 브레이크 클리너와 함께 드릴 어태치먼트로 정소. 휠 어셈블리 전체 세척 완료. 호환되는 다른 디스크 소싱 후 작업 재개 예정.
