Love this, interior is great with no giant screens!
I think this is brilliant - cool looks, great interior, promise of a fun drive. But (and this is not very PH)...Why does it need all that power and massive wheels & tyres? The article states that the original 8 Gordini had 90bhp. This has 270: 3 times as much. Does it weigh 3 times what the original did? No. So why the need for all that power? Bearing in mind the instant torque of an EV powertrain, surely a bit less, say 150-180bhp, would be enough for an engaging real-world drive, with the trade-off of greater range.Regardless of that - come on Renault, get it made!

Massive bill for a simple fix. It got me think back to my dads mk3 mondeo which was meant to be a bumper off job to swap a headlight bulb. I think the 2nd gen Renault Megane was the same. What else is there out there that requires a degree in engineering, a 4 poster lift and a snap on lorry full of tools to change a fuse or something equally as easy?

This looks fantastic. I think it's got to a point you'd have to be daft to buy the G90 M5 over this or a top end Taycan. Either pure combustion or pure electric, the PHEVs are just a pointless, overcomplicated middle option

Still as subtle as a brick in your face. Not for me.

Other than a slightly bulky rear end, I think that looks fantastic. 9/10. And it's a saloon, not another bloody SUV - hurrah!
