증상

BMW M3 쿠페(E30) LED화 램프 작업 중 설계 검토 단계. 공정1에서 라이트 유닛의 뒷커버 결합 상태, 틈새, 배선 처리, 방수 커넥터 선택, 블로어 장착 가능성 등을 검토 중. 공정2에서 구체적인 구조 설계 없이 로우빔 뒷커버 하단부에 LED 벌브 커넥터용 구멍을 홀소로 뚫었으나, 재검토 결과 중앙부에 구멍을 뚫어야 할 것으로 판단되어 기존 구멍을 메우는 낭비적인 작업 수행.

처리 내용

LED화 작업 진행 전 라이트 유닛 전체 구조를 상세히 설계하고 커넥터 위치, 배선 경로, 방수 처리 방법을 사전에 결정할 것. 뒷커버 가공 시 정확한 위치 마킹 후 작업 진행. 방수 커넥터는 IP67 이상 등급 선택 권장. 기존 구멍은 방수 실런트나 에폭시로 완전히 밀봉하여 습기 침입 방지. 향후 유사 작업 시 목업(mockup)이나 시뮬레이션을 통해 최적 위치 확인 후 본 가공 진행.

Hallo zusammen, bis vor ca. 2 Jahren gab es bei BMW doch immer die Möglichkeit, im sogenannten Vorvertragspool ein nach Wunsch konfiguriertes Auto einzustellen. Auf dieses Gesuch haben sich dann BMW Mitarbeiter/Werksangehörige gemeldet, die das Auto dann für einen bestellen wollten. Gibt es das nicht mehr? Die entsprechende Seite bei BMW existiert offenbar nicht mehr. Gruß marcelul
