증상
2003 Ford Crown Victoria V8 듀얼 배기, 각 측에 2개의 캣과 O2 센서 장착. P2197 - O2 고착 린(Bank 2 Sensor 1) 에러코드가 작년부터 불규칙하게 발생. 추운 날씨나 습기가 있을 때 주로 발생하며, 더운 건조한 날씨에는 거의 발생하지 않음. O2 센서는 이미 교체함. Bluetooth OBD-II 스캐너로 확인 결과 O2 전압은 정상이나 "고착" 현상 발생.
처리 내용
진단: 진공 누수 의심. 모든 진공 라인을 점검하여 균열이 없는지 확인. P2197 원인 분석 - 연료 제어 시스템이 보정된 시간 동안 HO2S 스위칭을 감지하지 못할 때 발생. 확인 대상: 전기 계통 - 하네스/HO2S 단락, 커넥터 수분 침입, 회로 개방/단락, 단자 부식, PCM 손상. 연료 계통 - 과도한 연료 압력, 연료 분사기 누수/오염, 연료 압력 조절기 누수, 저압 또는 연료 부족. 흡입 계통 - MAF 센서 후방 공기 누수, 진공 누수, PCV 시스템, 부적절한 시임. 진공 라인 점검을 우선적으로 시행 권장.
