증상
미니 차량 우측 고속 회전 시 앞쪽에서 '칭칭칭' 소음 발생 (디스크 근처에서 들림). 댐퍼 먼지 부츠 손상, 휠 스피드 센서 및 브레이크 패드 마모 센서 배선 관리 불량, 휠 스피드 센서 케이블이 유연한 브레이크 라인 위로 지나가며 스트레스 받음.
처리 내용
휠을 제거하고 브레이크 디스크 상태 확인 - 먼지 쉴드가 디스크에 접촉하는지 확인. 아치 라이너 제거하여 육안 검사. 휠 스피드 센서 및 브레이크 패드 마모 센서 배선을 올바르게 정리하고 클립에 고정. 휠 스피드 센서 케이블을 브레이크 라인 아래로 통과시켜 스트레스 제거. 쇼크 어셈블리의 리테이너 탭을 올바르게 장착. 추가 검사 후 필요시 전면 서스펜션 정비(스프링, 댐퍼, 탑 마운트 교체 예정).
