증상
전날은 정상 주행했으나 오늘 크랭킹은 되지만 시작 안 됨. 점화 ON 시 연료펌프 프라이밍 음이 들리지 않음. 다른 부분은 정상으로 보임.
처리 내용
연료펌프 NO START 문제 진단 및 수리 과정 정리: (1차 진단) 펌프 퓨즈와 펌프 릴레이 확인 - 이상 없음. 연료펌프 교체 - 2시간 소요(펌프 모듈 분리, 펌프 교체, 재장착) - 교체 후에도 펌프 작동 안 함. (2차 진단) 펌프 배선 테스트 실시. 릴레이 및 퓨즈 재확인 - 정상. 펌프 릴레이 출력단에서 펌프까지 연속성(continuity) 테스트 - 연속성 없음. 단선 발견. 배선이 실내 및 센터 콘솔을 통과하고 있어서 퓨즈 박스에서 연료펌프로 새로운 전원선 부설하기로 결정. 릴레이에서 펌프로 새 전원선 연결 테스트 - 시동 성공. 연료펌프에서 출발한 배선을 차량 하단 브레이크 라인을 따라 엔진룸으로 올려 배선 완성. 단선 위치 특정 중...

기아 차량 갤러지 바닥에서 누유가 발견됨. Firestone 검사 결과 상부 오일팬 씰에 아주 작은 누유 발생 - 프레임 아래쪽에 흘러내려 가끔 떨어짐. 차량 주행거리 104,000마일. 누유 수리 견적 $2600 (트랜스미션 탈거 필요)
