2016.5 Mazda CX5 AWD, 주행거리 1900마일, 우측 전륜 타이어 옆면에 못 펑크 발생. 타이어 교체점에서 옆면 손상으로 수리 불가능하며 교체 필요하다고 함. AWD 차량이므로 4개 타이어 모두 교체해야 한다고 주장.
처리 내용
1900마일 주행한 신차는 1개 타이어만 교체하면 됨. 새 타이어는 나머지 3개 타이어와 정확히 같은 사양이어야 함. 교체점에 다른 타이어들의 트레드 마모를 측정하도록 요청하고, 필요시 새 타이어를 샤빙(shaving)해달라고 함. 1900마일 정도면 샤빙이 필요 없을 가능성 높음. 교체점에서 이를 거부하거나 이해하지 못하면 다른 정비소로 이동할 것. 같은 사양의 타이어를 구할 수 없다고 하면 역시 다른 곳으로 이동하거나 딜러에 문의할 것. 신차 타이어는 출고 후 일정 기간 동안 워런티가 적용될 수 있으므로, 딜러 방문 시 타이어 교체 비용 일부 또는 전부를 보장받을 수 있음.

마츠다 RX-7(FC) | 엔진오일 교환 | 공정1: 전회 교환 후 1000km 주행했으므로 교환 실시. 사용 오일: FK 마시모 광유 10W-40. 다음 교환 예정: 133585km | 공정2: 토크렌치로 규정 토크값으로 조였는데 며칠 후 차량 아래를 살펴보니 오일 누유 발생. 예전 빨강 시대(초기형)에도 같은 증상이 있었고, 이미 오일팬을 교환했는데도 재발함.

Been and collected it this lunchtime after another test drive and I read the codes whilst out & about and thankfully zero issues Will collect the 18" alloys & winter tyres ASAP and then sell the 403Ms off; they've just been refurbed but a) I don't like them that much, b) not a fan of black wheels at all and c) the RFTs are crap Parts already been ordered (OEM velour mats and M Sport grilles via Cotswolds BMW) and a full oil & filter change kit etcThe parts list will continue to grow haha
