증상
시프트 레버가 매우 이상함. 사진에서 보듯이 두 개의 트랜스미션이 백투백으로 사용되었고, 이 시프트 레이아웃이 스플리터를 사용하지 않고도 두 트랜스미션을 함께 작동시킬 수 있도록 설계되었을 가능성이 있음.
처리 내용
시프트 패턴은 노브에 표시된 대로 더블-H 형식임. 중립에서 시프트 레버는 스프링으로 센터에 위치하며, 게이트를 통해 다른 H의 중립으로 이동 가능함. 이는 클러치와 메인 3전진/1후진 트랜스미션 사이에 있는 2단 하이/로우 기어세트를 변속함. 기어는 특정 순서로 배열되지 않고, 각 기어비에 따라 순서대로 번호가 매겨짐. 이러한 타입의 기계는 주행 중 변속하는 경우가 거의 없음. 정차 상태에서 원하는 기어를 선택한 후 출발함. 최고 기어도 최고 속도가 약 17~18 mph 정도임. CBT는 White Farm Equipment에서 라이선스된 Oliver 트랙터 특허를 이용하여 농업용 트랙터를 제조함. 이 기계는 Oliver 1750 또는 1850과 매우 유사해 보임.
