증상
9년된 박스 트레일러(Lynton Loadtrekker) 바닥 합판 교체 중. 토션 바 서스펜션 시스템으로 보임. 우측 휠에 심한 녹 발생, 좌측 휠도 동일한 부식 상태. 나머지 섀시는 비교적 깨끗함. 표면 녹으로 보이며 관통 구멍은 없는 것으로 보임.
처리 내용
휠: 교체 필요. 외측 림이 거의 손상된 상태로 심하게 약화되어 있음. 교체가 가장 안전하고 현실적인 선택. 반대쪽도 동일하면 함께 교체. 허브: 표면 녹만 있으므로 큰 문제 없음. 와이어 브러시로 녹을 제거 후 스프레이 페인트 또는 POR-15 같은 녹 변환제 사용 가능. POR-15 사용 시 스터드 나사산에 묻지 않도록 주의(휠 너트 결합 방지). 허브를 액슬에서 분리하여 완전히 청소하고 재윤활한 후 새 액슬 씰과 함께 재장착하는 것도 권장.
