I guess the manufacturer with which I had most affinity with would probably be Jaguar, but then it was from a particular moment in my life (30 years ago)... my first luxury car (XJR) and then two XKR convertibles - all bought brand new as company cars. 키를 돌릴 때마다 아무 반응이 없다가 여러 번 돌린 후에야 정상적으로 시동이 걸린다. 새 배터리, 스타터 모터 신규 배선, 새 키를 장착했지만 같은 증상이 계속된다. 2006년식 기아 세도나 디젤 차량.

1996 Honda Accord, 170K마일. 약 1년 전에 스타터, 디스트리뷰터, 플러그, 배터리 교체함. 몇 개월 전부터 차를 데운 후 시동 문제 발생. 아침 첫 시동은 완벽함. 15-20분 주행 후 주차했다가 10분 후 다시 시동 걸 때, 대시 조명은 정상, 연료펌프 작동음 들림. 키를 돌리면 스타터 솔레노이드에서 딱 한 번의 클릭음만 들림. 키를 다시 1-2번 돌리면 시동이 걸림. 전기 단락 증상으로 보임.
토요타 코롤라
1998 Toyota Corolla 자동변속기에서 4시간 이상 주차 후 또는 추운 날씨에 시동이 잘 걸리지 않습니다. 스타터 모터는 정상적으로 작동하지만, 여러 번 크랭킹한 후에야 저속으로 시동이 걸리고 몇 분 후 정상 속도로 올라갑니다.
