증상
가속 시(런치 컨트롤 포함) 후미 서스펜션이 내려앉는 현상. 독립식 서스펜션에서도 이러한 현상이 발생하는지 여부.
처리 내용
후미 서스펜션 형식에 따라 달라집니다. 설명하는 현상은 캔틸레버 방식 후미 서스펜션으로 보입니다. 이 방식은 차체에 전방 피벗 포인트가 있고, 두 개의 허브 끝이 차량 후방으로 돌출되어 상단에서 봤을 때 큰 "U" 자 형태를 이룹니다. 스프링은 휠 허브 중심선과 허브 근처 외측을 지지합니다. 브레이크 적용 시 차량은 전방 또는 후방으로 약간 이동할 수 있습니다. 차량이 전진하면 타이어가 회전하고 액슬이 함께 움직이며(브레이크로 인해 휠/타이어가 액슬에 잠금), 액슬이 차체 방향으로 회전하여 지지 스프링을 압축시키므로 후미가 내려앉습니다. 반대로 후진하면 액슬이 차체에서 멀어지면서 차체가 올라갑니다. 독립식 후미 서스펜션(IRS) 또는 다른 형식의 서스펜션은 다르게 작동합니다.
