증상
2013 Chevrolet Camaro LS에 세라믹 브레이크 패드와 로터를 1개월 전에 교체했고 500마일 미만 주행했습니다. 최근 후측 브레이크 로터가 주행 후 전측보다 훨씬 뜨거워지는 것을 발견했습니다. 차량 후측에서 이상한 냄새가 납니다. 후측 로터에 물을 뿌리면 즉시 수증기가 발생하며 증발하지만, 전측 로터에는 반응이 거의 없습니다.
처리 내용
일반적으로 브레이킹 저항의 대부분이 전측에서 발생하므로 전측 브레이크가 더 뜨거워져야 합니다. 주차 브레이크(핸드브레이크) 문제일 수 있습니다. 주차 브레이크가 완전히 해제되지 않으면 미세한 힘이 지속적으로 가해져서 운전자가 느끼지 못할 정도이지만 디스크 로터를 과열시킬 수 있습니다. 주차 브레이크 작동 상태를 확인하세요.

2019 Dodge Ram 5.7L HEMI, 100km 미만. 브레이크 작업 후 시운전 중 풀 스로틀로 0-70mph까지 한 번 가속 후 발생. 엔진 미스파이어 시작, 체크 엔진 라이트 깜박임. 리듬컬한 탭탭탭 소리 발생(collapsed lifter 유사음). 2/3 스로틀 이상에서만 발생, 정상 주행 시에는 미스만 있고 해머링음 없음.

I did more track days in my E60 than all my other cars in the past combined I would hazard a guess at. So many fond memories. My advice, put a decent set of brakes on it, I ended up with 12 Piston Calipers and 400mm rotas with all the track days I did and it really transformed it and the confidence it gave to the car.

I'm very observant when driving or walking, the other day I walked my son to school alongside a busy road, I reckon 80% of the cars that passed me were looking down at phones. I had a van pull out on me on a roundabout a few months ago and then slam his brakes on, phone clearly visible so I submitted the footage to TVP and to my surprise they sent me a letter confirming a prosecution. The amount of times I've had to swerve recently because of cars swerving onto my side of the road is diabolical.
