여름에 순수한 물만 냉각수로 사용해도 괜찮은가?
처리 내용
자동차 부품점 직원들이 물만 사용하면 과열이 발생한다고 하지만, 이는 거짓입니다. 물 자체가 과열의 원인이 아닙니다. 냉각수 혼합액(어떤 비율이든)과 라디에이터가 함께 작용하여 열을 제거합니다. 엔진이 뜨겁지 않으면 과열되지 않습니다. 그러나 매우 뜨거울 때, 냉각수는 끓는점까지만 열을 흡수할 수 있습니다. 냉각 시스템의 기본 원리: - 차가운 냉각수가 뜨거운 엔진 금속과 접촉합니다 - 엔진 금속의 열이 액체 냉각수로 전달되어 데워집니다 - 뜨거운 냉각수가 라디에이터로 펌프되어 차가운 냉각수가 엔진으로 들어갈 공간을 만듭니다 - 뜨거운 냉각수가 차가운 라디에이터 금속과 접촉하여 식혀집니다 액체 냉각은 금속과 액체 사이의 접촉이 최고여야 가장 효율적인 열 전달이 일어납니다. 냉각수가 끓는점에 가까워지면서 문제가 발생합니다. 특히 뜨거운 금속 표면에서 수증기 기포가 형성되기 시작합니다.

I bought one of these 3 years ago for £21k it had 19k miles on it and all factory options ticked aside from heated steering wheel and colour changing interior lights.For the money I could have bought a semi ropey 90k+ miles German saloon of similar spec and power and would have spend money fixing the higher mileage problems that they would have come with.As it stands, coming up to 37k miles I've paid for new tyres, brakes and a coolant bottle because it had a hairline crack the MOT history is and always has been a clear pass, not a single advisory and I get to hear a supercharged V6 every time
