증상
2007 Honda Civic Hybrid CVT 트랜스미션에 잘못된 ATF(자동변속기유)가 약 15,000마일 동안 사용됨. 현재까지 주행 성능에는 문제가 없음.
처리 내용
1) 즉시 CVT 트랜스미션 유를 OEM 규격으로 교환하고 드레인 작업 수행 2) CVT는 기어식 자동변속기와 달리 다른 작동 원리를 사용하므로 Honda는 특정 CVT 유체만을 사용하도록 설계함. 잘못된 유체 사용으로 인한 비효율이 심각한 손상을 초래할 수 있음 3) 트랜스미션 작동 상태를 지속적으로 모니터링하고 고장 발생 여부 확인 4) 잘못된 유체 사용에 대한 정비소의 책임 추적을 위해 정비 기록 보관 (보상청구 가능성)

2000 911 996 클램셸 모터 설치 중 모터 샤프트가 트랜스미션 케이블과 정렬되지 않음. 저항을 6.2로 설정했으나 클램셸을 서비스 위치(최대 후진)에 놓았을 때도 정렬 문제 발생.
