증상
2003 올즈모빌 알레로가 55mph에서 약 4000rpm, 70mph에서 거의 5000rpm으로 회전합니다. 정상이 아닌 것 같습니다. 트랜스미션이 제대로 시프트되지 않는 건가요? 트랜스미션에 특별한 문제는 느껴지지 않습니다. 이것이 간단히 해결할 수 있는 문제인지, 아니면 더 심각한 문제인지 모르겠습니다.
처리 내용
엔진 배기량/출력에 따라 다르지만 그 정도 RPM은 너무 높습니다. 제 경험상 모든 차량은 55mph에서 2000rpm 미만이어야 합니다. 트랜스미션이 업시프트되지 않거나 토크 컨버터가 '최대' 상태에서 고착된 것으로 보입니다. 저도 토크 컨버터가 '최소' 상태로 고착되어 RPM이 2000에 도달하지 못하는 올즈모빌을 경험한 적이 있습니다. 트랜스미션 정비가 필요하며 비용이 많이 들 수 있지만, 그렇지 않으면 엔진이 이런 높은 RPM에서 오래 버티지 못합니다. (물론 오토바이는 보통 높은 RPM에서 문제없이 작동하지만요). 제 3.5L 닛산은 60mph에서 1600rpm입니다.
