She did not buy having been persuaded LHD would be a massive pain. I was quite obsessed with them at that point and they did not seem to be much-loved. I strongly remember a magazine article which had a some kind of Hartge converted example in silver which had also been RHD converted. From memory I think this was a Birds UK car who were the agent at that time. I had written to them asking for one each of all their brochures and did all kinds of teenage man maths to try and see how to get something resembling that car!Wish I could find the magazine (possibly Fast Lane?) which will be buried in the loft. Ditto said brochures which I am certain I’d not have binned in the many years since.
