1994 Ford Crown Victoria (경찰용 인터셉터)의 상부 볼 조인트 교체 시 부품 선택에 대한 혼동. 일부 상부 볼 조인트(예: ACDelco)는 운전석/조수석으로 표시되어 있으나, 다른 부품(Moog, Motorcraft)은 좌우 구분이 없음. 양쪽에 모두 장착 가능한지 확인 필요.
처리 내용
양쪽 볼 조인트에 사용 불가능한 제품은 없음. Ford는 좌우 측에 따라 다른 부품번호를 지정하거나 부품번호에 L 또는 R을 붙이는 것으로 유명함. 부품 제조사(ACDelco, Moog, Motorcraft)에 관계없이 사양만 맞으면 양쪽 모두 사용 가능. 구매 전 부품번호와 차량 적용 목록을 확인하여 올바른 상품을 선택할 것.
