증상

메르세데스-벤츠 GLA클래스(X156) | 리어 브레이크패드 교환 작업 기록(2025년 12월 27일) | 공정1: 리어 브레이크패드 교환 시 사이드브레이크를 릴리즈 모드로 설정 | 공정2: 우측 리어 교환 전 | 공정3: 신품과 사용済みパッド 비교 | 공정4: 우측 리어 교환 완료 | 공정5: 사이드브레이크 복원 | 공정6: 좌측 리어 브레이크패드를 동일 절차로 교환 | 공정7: 교환 후 고압세척 | 공정8: 작업 완료. 그러나 주행 후 끌림 현상 발생. 로터가 마모되어 있고, 외주 부분에 남은 로터로 인해 패드 접촉이 불량하여 끌리는 것으로 추정됨.

처리 내용

로터 외주부 남은 부분을 확인하고 필요시 로터 표면을 터닝 또는 교환하여 패드와의 균일한 접촉 면을 확보. 로터 마모량을 측정하여 최소 두께 이상 남아있는지 확인. 브레이크 시스템 전체 점검 및 패드-로터 간극 조정. 작업 완료 후 시운전하여 끌림 현상 해결 확인.
