증상
제어 유닛에 연결된 회로의 단락 현상. 퓨즈가 끊어지는 단락과 부품이 동작하지 않는 단락 두 가지 종류 존재. 제조사 제공 진단 방법 중 제어 유닛 연결 회로 진단 절차 진행 중.
처리 내용
끊어진 퓨즈에 집중하여 해당 회로를 진단할 것. 메인 퓨즈는 무시할 것. 제거한 퓨즈 양쪽에 디지털 멀티미터(저항값 20MΩ 이상)를 연결하면 고저항으로 인해 초크 포인트가 생성되어 단락을 감지할 수 있다. 캐패시터가 포함된 부품 연결 시 미터 읽음값이 올라갔다가 서서히 감소하는 것은 정상 현상이다. 실제 단락 발생 시에는 지속적인 전압 읽음값이 표시된다.
