Good to see lots of Lotus content.Here's my current pair, again total opposites which is the way to do it. Merc is massive, quiet, torquey, sooo comfy and with the long range tank it would do a 600 mile run on the motorway in one hit if I didn't need to stop for a piss!Lotus is loud, tiny, noisy, hilarious, instantaneous. It's driving distilled to the basics.Importantly I don't treat one as a "daily" and one a toy. One is for moving lots of stuff and people. If there's only one or two travelling and as long as weather is not too atrocious, I take the Lotus. Commuting, shopping, school run etc. I fidn if you don't think this way it's very easy to have an expensive under used garage ornament.
