2013 기아 씨드, 장거리 주행(약 200km) 후 높은 음역대의 윙윙거리는 음성 발생. 정차 시 크게 들리며 주행 중에는 엔진음에 묻힘. 라디오와 에어컨을 끄면 미약하게 들리지만 속도나 RPM에 따라 변하지 않음. 다음날 사라졌다가 다시 장거리 주행 후 재발. 차량 후측에서 발생하며 뒷바퀴 휠 하우징 근처에서 가장 큼.
배기관이 모든 행거(섀시에 부착되는 두꺼운 고무 타원형 행거)에 제대로 고정되어 있는지 확인 권장. 휠 하우징 근처에서 나는 음성은 배기관이 헐거워졌거나 배기 시스템 어딘가에 누설이 있음을 나타냄. 머플러 전단부에서 배기가스 냄새가 나는지 확인.
