증상

Watching the Sun interview it goes from initially observing the roll hoop is too low, no effective helmets, no previous three wheeler experience and finally pressure to ‘let’s try and get it on two wheels’. If that’s how a BBC flagship show was run less than five years ago it’s genuinely shocking.

The Health and Safety Executive were involved and there was no allegation against the car.https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2025/09/22/car-not-to-blame-for-freddie-flintoffs-top-gear-crash/I think ultimately Morgan are confident that they could persuade a court there was no defect with the car they supplied.To my mind, Paul Rees' suspicion of a mechanical failure just reflects his lack of understanding of the car's physics. He didn't think it was possible for it to flip so quickly, so when it did, he thinks something broke. Which is understandable, but a view I don't think Chris Harris, the HSE, or many others share.Edited by samoht on Sunday 26th July 11:13
