증상
콜드 스타트 시에는 엔진이 정상 작동하지만, 날씨가 매우 덥거나 웜 스타트할 때는 리mp 모드로 진입하여 오렌지색 렌치 경고등이 켜지고 최대 가속도가 1/3 수준으로 제한됨. 실수로 2행정 오일 혼합액(20:1) 약 200ml을 만석 휘발유 탱크에 추가했음. EGR 클리너 스프레이로 에어 인렛을 처리하고 브레이크 클리너로 EGR을 세척 시도함.
처리 내용
휘발유 탱크에 약 10ml의 오일이 혼입된 상태임. 이전에 더 많은 양의 오일을 같은 방식으로 혼입한 경험이 있으나 문제 없었음. 해결 방법: 휘발유 탱크를 가득 채워 오일을 최대한 희석시킴. 이 방법으로 충분히 희석되면 추가 문제가 발생하지 않아야 함. 더 확실하게 하려면 휘발유 탱크를 완전히 배출할 수 있음. Vauxhall 차량 중 일부는 연료 탱크에 드레인 플러그가 있음. 드레인 플러그가 없으면 휘발유의 대부분을 사이펀으로 제거한 후 새로운 휘발유로 충전하면 됨. 오일 농도를 허용 범위까지 희석하면 추가 문제가 발생하지 않을 것임.

Lovely ready and I love your choice!! The E60 was one of the best M5s I ever had - On road and track Use it, and enjoy every moment of the magnificent engine!! I did more track days in my E60 than all my other cars in the past combined I would hazard a guess at. So many fond memories. My advice, put a decent set of brakes on it, I ended up with 12 Piston Calipers and 400mm rotas with all the track days I did and it really transformed it and the confidence it gave to the car.

I'm very observant when driving or walking, the other day I walked my son to school alongside a busy road, I reckon 80% of the cars that passed me were looking down at phones. I had a van pull out on me on a roundabout a few months ago and then slam his brakes on, phone clearly visible so I submitted the footage to TVP and to my surprise they sent me a letter confirming a prosecution. The amount of times I've had to swerve recently because of cars swerving onto my side of the road is diabolical.
