증상
2002 혼다 S2000, 137,000km. 트랙 주행 중 헤더/배기 매니폴드 스프링 볼트 2개 탈락으로 인진 진동 발생 및 AEM V2 인테이크가 엔진에서 분리됨. 볼트 교체 및 인테이크 재장착 후 RPM이 1000rpm 이하로 떨어질 때만 진동 발생. 이전 유휴 RPM은 1000-1200rpm이었으나 현재 500rpm까지 저하. 진동으로 인한 차량 전체 흔들림.
처리 내용
진동의 원인은 인진이 500rpm에서 심하게 진동하기 때문. 1000rpm 이상에서는 진동이 없어야 하며, 800rpm 정도에서도 약간의 진동이 있을 수 있음. 인테이크가 분리되기 전부터 흡입 진공 누수가 있었을 가능성이 높으며, 수리 후 유휴 RPM이 급격히 저하됨. 다음 작업 수행 필요: (1) 유휴 RPM 재학습, (2) IAC(공회전 제어 밸브) 청소, (3) MAP 센서 청소. 상세 절차: MAP 센서 - 배터리 분리 → MAP 센서 분리 → 커넥터 분기 부분을 타격하여 잔해 제거 → 압축 공기로 청소 → 센서 재연결 및 양호한 접속 확인 → 케이블 타이로 수평/수직 고정. IAC - 센서 분리 → 볼트 해제 → IAC를 기울여 내부 확인 → 카브 클리너로 분사 청소.
