새로운 라이트 설치 필요 - 범퍼 분해 작업 예정
처리 내용
브레이크 시스템 분해 및 도장 작업 수행. 브레이크 디스크 허브 고정 스크류는 손가락 조임 정도만 필요 (과도한 토크 금지). 전면 2개 디스크는 과도하게 조임되어 있어 T50 Torx 비트 3개 손상, 임팩트 드라이버 실패 후 열과 인내심으로 분리 완료. 후면 2개는 정상 상태. 캘리퍼 분해 후 샌딩, 마스킹, 에칭 프라이머 도포 및 도장. 디스크 마모 없는 부분 도장 처리. 마모 부분(bell)은 금속 직접 도장재 사용. 야간 건조 후 조립 및 휠 재설치 예정. 나중에 브레이크 호스 교체 및 에어 빼기 시 티타늄 니플 교체 예정.

I started this thread really with a question about pros and cons of putting an AJP or something else in my scrap Cerbera and it has morphed into a project build thread over time. After writing off my BMW 320d halfway through the month, I suddenly found myself in the market for a new car.Once the insurance payout landed, I had just under £5,500 to play with after paying my excess.
