증상
LR4 에어컨이 구매 후 항상 문제가 있었음. 더운 날씨에는 거의 냉각이 안 되었음. 겨울에는 팬이 작동하면 괜찮았음. 여름에 다시 사용하니 barely 냉각됨. 잠깐 작동했다가 멈추는 현상 반복.
처리 내용
대부분의 시스템(LR4 포함)에는 저압 스위치가 있어서 냉매 부족 시 1-2분 후 컴프레서를 차단함. 다시 1-2분 후 재작동하는 사이클을 반복함. 이러한 작동 방식은 냉각 성능이 매우 떨어지고, 설명하신 대로 잠깐 작동했다가 멈춤. 냉매 누수가 의심됨. 진공 테스트(vacuum test)로는 문제를 찾지 못할 수 있음. 최적의 방법은 UV dye를 시스템에 주입한 후 UV light로 누수 위치를 찾는 것.
