증상
중고 스트럿으로 교체 후 얼라인먼트 검사에서 좌측 휠의 캠버가 2도 30분으로 측정됨. 정렬점에서 스트럿을 "열어야"(열 수밖에 없다)고 함. 이전 스트럿에서도 같은 문제가 있었고 같은 방식으로 해결됨. 스트럿 자체의 문제가 아니라 차량 자체의 문제로 판단됨.
처리 내용
스트럿은 너클에 큰 볼트 2개로 장착되어 있으며, 이 볼트들이 느슨할 때 약간의 유격이 생김. 이 유격이 캠버 조정 범위. 유격이 충분하지 않으면(손상이 없다고 가정할 때) 두 가지 방법 중 선택 가능: 1) 그라인더로 볼트 구멍을 길쭉하게(오블롱) 가공하여 유격 확대, 2) 편심 기능이 있는 특수 볼트(더 나은 방법) 사용 - 더 많은 조정 범위 제공 및 조정이 더 용이함. 차량에 맞는 사용 가능한 볼트를 확인 필요.
