증상
1990 아쿠라 인테그라 LS(5단 수동변속기, 4기통) 클러치 교체 작업 중 변속기 제거가 필요한데, 시프트 암(shift arm)과 변속기의 연결 부분을 분리할 수 없음. 핀으로 연결된 것처럼 보이지만 핀을 빼내는 것이 위험해 보임. 눈에 띄는 볼트 헤드가 없고 러버 부츠 아래가 확인 안 됨.
처리 내용
러버 부츠 아래에 있는 스프링 클립(spring clip)과 핀을 찾아서 제거. 스프링 클립을 먼저 빼낸 후 핀을 추출하면 시프트 암이 변속기에서 분리됨. (작업 시 다소 힘이 들 수 있으니 적절한 공구 사용 권장)
