증상
클러치와 기어박스의 배치 순서가 중요한지, 엔진 동력이 클러치를 먼저 거쳐야 하는지 아니면 기어박스를 먼저 거쳐야 하는지 궁금함. 제조상 편의성만의 문제인지 아니면 특정 순서가 필요한지 불확실함.
처리 내용
클러치를 기어박스 출력단 뒤에 배치할 경우, 전달해야 할 토크가 훨씬 크기 때문에 훨씬 더 큰 클러치가 필요하게 됩니다. 평지에서 출발할 때도 일반적인 자동차에서 언덕을 올라가는 것처럼 어려워질 것입니다. 이 점을 제외하면 기어박스 출력단에 클러치를 배치하는 설계를 할 이유가 특별히 없습니다. 기어 변속 시 싱크로나이저가 작동하도록 클러치가 허용하는 한, 이론적으로는 작동할 수 있습니다.
