2011 Ford Fusion 4기통 SEL이 범프를 제대로 흡수하지 못하고 튀는 느낌이 남. 고속도로에서는 문제없음. 중고 구매 시 28,000마일이었고, 35,000마일에서 증상 지속. 렌터카 이력이 있어 차량 악용으로 인한 서스펜션 손상 의심.
처리 내용
딜러에게 동일한 차량으로 시승을 요청하되, 기술자를 동승시킨 후 동일한 노선을 동일한 속도로 주행하여 비교해볼 것. 기술자가 명확한 차이를 감지하면 교체에 응할 가능성이 높음. 서스펜션 테스팅 센터 없이는 주관적인 판단이 될 수 있으므로 객관적 비교가 필요함.
