증상

처리 내용
문제의 원인은 차량이나 브레이크, 타이어가 아니라 타일 시공에 있습니다. 타일은 다음 조건을 충족해야 파손을 방지할 수 있습니다: (1) 두꺼운 콘크리트 바닥 위에 균일하고 평탄한 표면에 특별 마감 시공 필요. (2) 압축 저항성을 위해 고강도 적질 타일 사용. (3) 타일셋 모르타르 풀 버터링(full-buttered coat) 시공으로 완전히 접착, 공기 간극 없이 단단히 압착. (4) 그라우트 충분히 시공. 네 가지 조건 모두 충족 시 지상차량 통행도 견딜 수 있습니다. 단기적으로는 타일 위에 보호재 깔기나 브레이크 개선을 검토할 수 있지만, 근본적 해결책은 바닥 재시공입니다. 장기적으로는 올바른 시공이 비용 절감 효과가 더 큽니다.

Been and collected it this lunchtime after another test drive and I read the codes whilst out & about and thankfully zero issues Will collect the 18" alloys & winter tyres ASAP and then sell the 403Ms off; they've just been refurbed but a) I don't like them that much, b) not a fan of black wheels at all and c) the RFTs are crap Parts already been ordered (OEM velour mats and M Sport grilles via Cotswolds BMW) and a full oil & filter change kit etcThe parts list will continue to grow haha
