유압 브레이크 시스템 고장 시 케이블식 파킹브레이크만으로 주행할 경우의 제한사항 및 고장점
처리 내용
케이블 마모: 이머전시 브레이크는 일반적으로 강철 케이블로 작동합니다. 케이블이 오래되고 녹슬고 마모되면 결국 완전히 끊어질 수 있습니다. 3년 된 차량에서는 문제가 없어야 하지만, 10-15년 이상 된 차량이라면 케이블에 의존해서는 안 됩니다. 운전 강사들은 케이블이 완전히 녹슬지 않았는지 확인하기 위해 매번 차량 운전 시 파킹브레이크를 사용할 것을 권장합니다. 제동력 부족: 이머전시 브레이크로 정지할 수는 있지만 제동 효과가 떨어집니다. 엔진이 파킹브레이크를 작동시킨 상태에서도 상당히 전진할 수 있으며, 파킹브레이크에 가할 수 있는 물리적 힘에 따라 정지거리가 2배 또는 3배까지 늘어날 수 있습니다. 후륜만 제동: 일반 브레이크는 일반적으로 네 바퀴에 제동력을 적용하지만, 파킹브레이크는 후륜에만 힘을 적용합니다. 이로 인해 차량 제어 능력이 감소하고, 급격한 정지 시 전복의 위험이 증가할 수 있습니다. 디스크 브레이크(내부 파킹브레이크)와 드럼 브레이크에도 동일하게 적용됩니다.

Lovely ready and I love your choice!! The E60 was one of the best M5s I ever had - On road and track Use it, and enjoy every moment of the magnificent engine!! I did more track days in my E60 than all my other cars in the past combined I would hazard a guess at. So many fond memories. My advice, put a decent set of brakes on it, I ended up with 12 Piston Calipers and 400mm rotas with all the track days I did and it really transformed it and the confidence it gave to the car.

I'm very observant when driving or walking, the other day I walked my son to school alongside a busy road, I reckon 80% of the cars that passed me were looking down at phones. I had a van pull out on me on a roundabout a few months ago and then slam his brakes on, phone clearly visible so I submitted the footage to TVP and to my surprise they sent me a letter confirming a prosecution. The amount of times I've had to swerve recently because of cars swerving onto my side of the road is diabolical.
