If you look at those they are all leaps of different sizes of leap fowards in design and engineering. People who want Jag to go backwards should look at the XE and XF then look at the S and X pastichefests. Thus they were mad not to make the C-X75. But perhaps lost their nerve looking back on the XJ220. Personal favourite, the F Type, never understood the E Type was subject to so much fuss except that the body flows nicely. Close behind, the gangsters jam jar, the XJR.

I have a feeling this is a fake. Apart from the window anomaly mentioned earlier, I cannot believe they would allow the final launch cars to have the shonky fit and finish shown in the images.There was some 'influencer' event a few months ago that alowed them to sit in an example. The car had badly fitting interior bits and I wonder if this was used to create these images.

This looks fantastic. I think it's got to a point you'd have to be daft to buy the G90 M5 over this or a top end Taycan. Either pure combustion or pure electric, the PHEVs are just a pointless, overcomplicated middle option
