증상

파워 스티어링 액이 승객석 앞 타이어 옆의 부츠로 보이는 구멍을 통해 계속 새고 있음. 스티어링 휠이 떨리고 파워 스티어링 펌프에서 고음이 발생하고 있음.

처리 내용

스티어링 랙 부츠(벨로우즈)가 손상된 것으로 보임. 교체가 필요하며, 가능하면 운전하기 전에 교체하는 것이 좋음. 정비소가 가까운 경우(5마일 이내) 파워 스티어링 액을 보충한 후 바로 가는 것도 가능하지만, 이 정도면 가급적 운전을 피하는 것이 권장됨.
