증상
운전석 앞 서스펜션에서 간헐적인 딱딱거리는 소리 발생. 액셀 페달 밟을 때와 뗄 때 소리가 남. 급한 언덕길에서 정차 후 출발할 때 주로 발생. 가게에서 진단한 결과는 마모된 인너 타이로드(내측 로드엔드)가 가속/감속 시 앞뒤로 움직이면서 발생하는 것으로 판단됨.
처리 내용
엔진 마운트 유격으로 인한 가능성 검토 필요. 트랜스버스 엔진은 마운팅 상태에서 앞뒤로 약간의 움직임(엔진 쓰로우)이 발생하며, 액셀 온/오프 시 이 움직임이 심해짐. 엔진에 연결된 배기관, 연료 라인, 케이블, 파이프 등도 함께 미세하게 움직임. 다음을 확인: 1) 배기계통 클립/브래킷 고정 상태 2) 연료관 및 유압관 고정 여부 3) 케이블류 고정 상태 4) 엔진 마운트 유격 및 손상 확인 느슨해진 부품이 차체와 접촉하면서 딱딱거리는 소리 발생 가능하므로 모든 고정부를 재확인할 것.
